Embassy Official visiting Karachi
On Nov. 24 and 25, the Head of the Cultural and Press department of the German Embassy Islamabad, Dr. Thomas Ditt, came for his first official visit to Karachi. The objective of the trip was to introduce himself and to get a first insight into the activities in the fields of culture and media work in Karachi.
Apart from discussions at the German Consulate General and the German Goethe-Institut, Dr. Ditt amongst others exchanged views with representatives of the Indus Valley School of Art & Architecture, the National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA), the English daily newspaper Express Tribune and the Karachi University.
