German Christmas Bazaar 2009
On Friday, 27 November 2009, the German Christmas Bazaar was held on the premises of the Embassy. More than 800 visitors attended the event. The proceeds of over 1 million Rupees were donated to the Lepra Hospital in Rawalpindi, to the Eye Camp in Daiwal village (Jhelum district), to the Educational Institute Charity in Rawalpindi, to the Edhi-Foundation and to a women support project at the Adiala Prison Rawalpindi.
