German Jazz in concert
The German Jazz Quartett "Jonas Schoen Band" toured Pakistan in May 2011. After having performed in Lahore and Karachi, the Band appeared at the Ambassador's residence in Islamabad on Friday, the 6th of May. The Band featured Jonas Schoen on saxophone, Buggy Braune on piano, Sven Kerschek on bass guitar and Heinz Lichius on drums, playing compositions of its premier CD called "Neindo" and other wellknown Jazz tunes.
The concerts were arranged by the German Embassy in cooperation with the Annemarie-Schimmel-Haus Lahore and the Goethe Institut in Karachi.
